"Like most of us, I pack my life full of driving kids to activities, running, working out and working so I was a bit skeptical and intrigued to participate in a restorative yoga class. I found Ali to be a very talented, warm and nonjudgmental teacher. She has a calm and reassuring presence and explains every posture with simple instructions. I walked into this Restorative Candlelight class with feelings of stress and worried about the holidays, and I left with a sense of calmness and like I was floating out the door. I cannot recommend this class enough to you. I have used the techniques I learned in the class during the week to help relax, center and focus myself to the present moment. I am so thankful to have found this class, and it is the highlight of my week."
