Small Group Yoga Class, 1 hour –space is limited
All levels welcome. Please bring a yoga mat. If you do not own one, we have a few to borrow in the studio.

A free yoga class recommended for ages 5-10, all levels. Second Saturdays at 10 a.m. Bring a yoga mat or towel. A limited number of yoga mats will be provided.
Private Yoga Sessions
Private, gentle, and restorative 1-hour yoga sessions
The benefit of private sessions is that each session is customized to fit a person's needs, experience, and interests. You’ll receive individual attention, address specific injuries, pains, or “tight spots,” learn the basics of yoga or improve their existing knowledge. During the sessions, you will be prescribed a practice, which could incorporate breath, movement, or simply meditation as your situation warrants. Private sessions can also center around stress reduction.

10 sessions for $450
Kid's Yoga Class
Yoga is a non-competitive fitness activity providing a stronger more flexible body, greater focus and concentration, and relaxation of body and mind. Studies have shown that yoga offers valuable skills lasting a lifetime. Kids who practice yoga have less anxiety, manage stress effectively, sleep better, focus and concentrate longer, get along better with others and have a deep and true sense of who they are in the world. Recommended for ages 5-10, all levels.
