Yoga is a non-competitive fitness activity providing a stronger more flexible body, greater focus and concentration, and relaxation of body and mind. Studies have shown that yoga offers valuable skills lasting a lifetime. Kids who practice yoga have less anxiety, manage stress effectively, sleep better, focus and concentrate longer, get along better with others and have a deep and true sense of who they are in the world. Recommended for ages 5-10, all levels. 50 minute session.
